Position Summary | This position will assist with faculty calendaring, AMION updates, Management of the Commission for The Blind Program, travel arrangements, travel reimbursements, professional and divisional account funds management, pcard usage, medical license renewals, division and faculty budget monitoring; schedules, coordinates, and facilitates meetings, grand rounds, journal club, plans events. This position is also responsible for any catering needs, keeps track of division inventories, responsible for division correspondence, create/manage itineraries for faculty recruitment, track update CME’s, assist with dossier preparation. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
