Position Summary

The Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine is seeking a dynamic, focused candidate with excellent communication skills to be our Program Coordinator. This position will focus on working with Advanced Practice Providers in our department and Student Anesthesiology Assistant rotators. This position will process credentialing and re-credentialing documentation for all 40+ of our Midlevel Anesthesiology Specialists. Provide fiscal support to include purchasing, tracking and reconciling expenditures and clinical payments.
Additionally, the selected candidate will also collaborate closely with the medical director and education coordinator on all facets of the Anesthesiology Assistant student clinical rotations which includes compliance with affiliation agreements and DoH requirements. This position will also coordinate virtual recruitment events with various clinical programs across the country and potential rotating students.

  • If this position is assigned to the Athletics Department, either administratively or functionally, compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations is required.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

  • Project/program management
  • Process improvement
  • Experience with financial reporting and creation of reports for management
  • Experience with a wide variety of software platforms, including zoom and MS office
  • Bachelor's degree
