Position Summary


The School of Law Registrar’s Office seeks an energetic, detail oriented and reliable Coordinator, Enrollment Services to perform a variety of activities, including, but not limited to: Responds to student inquiries regarding registration, primary processor of department email requests, transcripts and testing; Catalog coordination and curriculum changes utilizing online Curriculum Workflow; uses in-house database (SoLAR), Banner, and MyReports systems to record data and run reports; coordinates and processes DESR , updates webpage; monitors, updates student and academic records; coordinates all exam processes and course evaluations. May train/supervise student workers. May occasionally work weekends, usually during exam periods, if needed.

Conditions of Employment
  • This position is represented by a labor union and is subject to the terms and conditions of the USUNM Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications


* Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills;

* Strong attention to detail;

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

* Experience with Banner and MyReports;

* Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word;

* Familiarity with the UNM campus enrollment processes and procedures;

* Knowledge of FERPA and UNM policies relating to confidentiality of student data and records, and UNM registration management;

* Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and make evaluative judgments;

* Experience with UNM or other academic environment;

* Experience with Access is a plus.
