This role provides a high level of professional administrative and technical support to company executives. You would also be responsible for leadership of the front desk Office Assistants and providing support to all Network locations.
Must be an energetic, flexible, creative, innovative individual who can monitor strengths-based, family-centered support plans. Must also be able to monitor and facilitate the delivery of community-based integrated services from diverse providers.
As part of one of our professional administrative teams, your work will help support our caring and dedicated employees so they can provide efficient, quality care and timely services to our members. Your ability to provide excellent service to our employees and willingness to be constantly striving to meet their needs and expectations is critical in this role. You must have a positive attitude, be responsive, and have a desire to serve your fellow employees and our community with honesty, respect and strength.

Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements
- An Associates degree in business, communication or related field preferred.
- Minimum three years experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory experience and experience working with executive and board members required.
- Must maintain a valid Arizona state fingerprint clearance card.
- Must have and maintain a valid Arizona drivers license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
