Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting in the overall organization and delivery of general recreational activities, leagues, special events and other programs for the STOF Recreation Department and other assigned locations. Work is reviewed by direct observation, conference and evaluation. High School Diploma or equivalent GED and a minimum of one year related experience in sports/leisure program implementation required; or any equivalent combination of relevant training and experience. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's license. Must demonstrate excellent organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication. Must have the ability to manage diverse tasks and projects simultaneously. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
