This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support services to the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Human Resources Director. The individual manages the day-to-day administrative operations of the Human Resources Department. The incumbent processes a variety of documents under the Director's directives; composes edits, revises, tabulates and prints letters/documents for review. Oversees and maintains current information pertaining to Departmental policies and/or programs; coordinates meetings; compiles and prepares statistical reports and other confidential materials; arranges travel; manages expenses and trains and supervises other support staff. Incumbent performs assignments that require considerable independence in making decisions and obtaining solutions while adhering to and/or operating within established policies, rules and guidelines. Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working as executive assistant in a large company or governmental office, providing services to senior management in finance, accounting or budget is required. An equivalent combination of related education/training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft software programs, with extensive knowledge in outlook and excel is required. Must have the ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
