OfficeTeam is looking for Title Clerk and Customer Service Professional to assist our local growing technology client in Tempe, AZ. In this Title Clerk and Customer Service Professional role, you will assist with:
* Customer Service with internal staff members out of state
* Manage utilizing multiple websites
* Verification of information
* Analyze data and enter into multiple systems
* General office support

SCHEDULE: M-F shifts between 8am-9pm, some weekend work available as well!


Responsible for accurate and timely investigation of sub-prime consumer loan applications. Ensure that critical loan approval stipulations are addressed, resolved and meet company policies. Identify and escalate complex issues as they are identified. Support both a Centralized Sales operation and a dispersed network of 1,700 Branch Offices.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of recent Office Support experience.
* High attention to detail and great organization skills
* Working in an ever changing and fast pace environment
* Able to provide 2 professional references from either a manager or supervisor from your recent positions.
* Able to complete a review on your data entry speed and accuracy, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
