Job Description

OfficeTeam has an opening for a General Office Clerk who can keep an office organized and can handle a variety of social interactions. This dynamic position will manage administrative support tasks like operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. Based in Tucson, Arizona, the General Office Clerk role is expected to be a long-term temporary role.

Your responsibilities in this role

- Deliver warm, hospitable customer service accurately according to appropriate time frames

- Provide front desk and receptionist support

- Offer a warm face for customers

- Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing

- Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary

- Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

- Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Clerical Duties experience

- 1 year of Office Clerk experience recommended

- Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

- Efficient in handling office equipment

- This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

- Experience with Word and Excel
