OfficeTeam is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a can-do attitude to be a part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing team. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties in this Administrative Assistant position. Do you love pivot tables, mail merging, and presentation design? Then this is a great opportunity for you to embrace your passions as an Administrative Assistant. A short-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is located in the Phoenix area.

- Field telephone calls

- Support diverse projects for other employees

- Receive and direct visitors

- Organize word processors, files, and faxes

- Creating Expense Reports

- Supporting Senior Managers with calendar management

- Assisting Senior Management with projects
Requirements
- Command of conference call coordination

- At least 2+ years' of Administrative Assistant experience strongly preferred

- At least 1+ years' of Project Management experience strongly desired

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
