Description
Our client, a national distributor of home hardware, is seeking a part time administrative assistant to help streamline and expedite some of their current processes. In this role, you would answer phone calls, place outbound calls to clients/vendors, and assist with a variety of clerical duties like filing, faxing, document management, data entry, etc. The position is temp-to-hire and part time; your hours in this position would be Monday/Wednesday/Friday for 8 hours a day.
Requirements
* Switchboard - Phones 1 - 10 Lines
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
* Internet research skills
* Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
* At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
