Customer Service Support Associate – (Business Development – Call Center)
Full-time 40-hour week - Monday through Friday
San Diego Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a qualified Customer Service Support Associate to join their Business Development Call Center. Potential applicants will be responsible for inbound inquiries from our client and make appointment for vehicle services.
- One-year experience as a customer service representative in a fast past environment, or related field
- Multi-tasking/Problem Solving
- Organizational skills and time management a must
- Ability to handle a high-volume amount of inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to customer inquiries in an efficient manner
- Respond to Internet inquiries from our clients via email
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify service needs
- Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Team Player
- Call center experience a plus
- Other duties to be determined by manager
