Position Title: Wellness and Retail Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

* Properly open and close spa and retail store each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
* Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
* Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
* Maintain the spa and retail register through proper open, pre-close and close procedures, and communicate any discrepancies to management.
* Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
* Handle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
* Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
* Assist with retail inventory
* Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.

Day(s) Required: Open Availability

Anticipated Start Date: Two (2) weeks from date of job offer

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Flexibility in schedule
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to communicate with guests from all around the world
* Ability to walk, bend, and climb stairs as needed to assist guests
* Ability to lift up 25lbs
* Familiar with massage, esthetics, and hair/nail services offered
