Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Manage office operations and procedures to achieve optimum administrative services and patient care.

Primary Tasks:

-Oversee flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, clerical/reception services, data entry and patient registration.
-Prepare financial and operational reports.
-Answer telephone, schedule patient appointments, manage flow and distribution of mail.
-Manage timekeeping and scheduling of office staff.
-Complete data entry of all purchasing requisitions.
-Monitor and verify expenditures by processing direct pay bills and travel papers.
-Order and maintain sufficient inventory levels of medical supplies, office supplies, and equipment.
-Obtain mileage and gas receipts for GSA and Tribal Vehicle summaries each month.
-Perform other duties as may be assigned
