What will I be doing?

As a Guest Services Coordinator you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service alignment and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Provide excellent service to guests and support sales and marketing departments by preforming tasks in the front desk, gifting and Kitchen. This position requires the greeting of all guests authoritatively and enthusiastically with a warm smile and professional demeanour.
Essential functions

    -Prepares and serves refreshments to guests
    -Maintains kitchen and all vital supplies
    -Distributes any mail needed for the sales employees
    -Greets customers, vendors, guests, and employees in a manner, which will promote the highest level of customer service per Guest Services Team Handbook.
    -Operates a multi-line phone system and courteously handles incoming telephone calls.
    -Transfers incoming messages as the need arises.
    -Prepares and serves refreshments to guests.
    -Calculates sales line rotation per Sales Dept Operations Manual.
    -Assist or handle the gifting desk every morning with required cash, vouchers, and brochures.
    -Issue and document premiums to departing guests.
    -Excellent phone skills, with a customer friendly demeanor towards all marketing team members as well as other internal and or external customers. Demonstrates accurate telephone techniques and communication etiquette at all times.
    -Provide accurate data entry for guest tour presentation and Resort Stays.
    -Prepare and process manifests of tour appointments, along with tracking throughout the day qualified tours, NQ's, and No Shows.
    -Assist in monitoring and distributing marketing support materials.
    -Handle guest complaints as needed in a professional friendly manner, giving 100% customer service, i.e., gifting issues, general customer complaints, and tour reschedules. Any and all customer complaints need to be sent daily via email to Marketing Management.

    -Performs administrative support including but not limited to filing, faxing and photocopying.
    -Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays and any other days/ hours as required per business needs.
