We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional levels of service throughout our guest's experience and being part of a team that strives to be the best hotel in Kalamazoo. We are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude who has a sincere desire to be the best of the best and attract and train their team to aspire to the same.
Responsibilities for Front Office Manager
-Managing and training the concierge, night auditor and team of receptionists
-Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers
-Responsible for the running of the front desk by hiring and training all front desk agents and leading by example
-Anticipate and handle any guest requests and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines
-Assist in the development and monitoring of the budget to provide top quality customer service
-Schedule the front office staff and supervise workload during shifts
-Act as liaison between the General Manager and staff
-Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information
