Prescription Records Coordinator

CVS Health has an excellent opportunity available for a Prescription Records Coordinator to help support our Prescription Records team in Lincoln, RI. This position will assist in coordinating the corporate legal request process, including regulatory demands and Subpoena procedures. A great opportunity to work with many internal clients and utilize advanced communication and decision making skills that will impact both internal and external stakeholders.
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of record requests, incorporating Protected Health Information and/or Personally Identifiable Information, satisfy regulatory demands and subpoena demands in accordance with state and federal HIPAA/Privacy requirements while completing accurate data entry into our internal reporting tools according to our process and for our legal team’s review.
In order to be successful you'll work independently, and manage multiple tasks while completing work with a superb sense of detail. This position requires the strictest level of confidentiality when dealing with legal documents, Protected Health Information at all levels and strong organization skills to multitask and prioritize work.
Shift/ Schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

- 1+ years of experience in a high volume office setting or on a healthcare/legal team with high volume calls and data entry.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree within healthcare field.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
