Business Configuration Coordinator Novologix - Senior

CVS Health has an exciting opportunity as a Senior Business Configuration Coordinator for our Novologix team within our Bloomington facility. As a Senior Business Configuration Coordinator, you will communicate with and support internal and external clients through development, implementation, and maintenance of Novologix system enhancements/projects. Additionally, you will participate in the implementation of new products by providing data and recommendations to assist in evaluating the impact of the proposed benefit, system, or process changes.
In this role you will be responsible for analyzing, building, updating and testing clinical criteria, system configuration, medical notification documents to the specifications of individual client requirements, and the identification/communication of system issues to proper team resources. You will also investigate and troubleshoot Novologix system incidents and assist clients in their resolution as related to prior authorization criteria and configuration set up.
A key component to success in this role is strong computer (proficient in the Microsoft excel) and Analytical skills. Additionally, oral and written communication skills are critical.

* 3+ years of experience within a data analytics, quality coordinator, business configuration or account management role
* Experience within an IT or Healthcare environment
* Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, business, statistics etc.
* Experience with state and federal pharmaceutical regulations
* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
