As a Benefits Setup Representative II (Analyst) you will be responsible for supporting internal partners aligned to the Benefits Consultation Center (BCC). The BCC collaborates with Account Management, Implementations as well as our Benefits Employer Client Services
Team (CST) to capture client intent for new plan implementations as well as changes to existing plans.

Intent must be captured in a manner that is understandable to both our clients, internal partners and our Benefits organization.

Interaction with clients is likely, mostly by phone but in some occasions face to face.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision insurance as well as a wide-ranging list of supplemental benefits and discount programs.?In addition to sixteen paid days off for employees, we also offer ten paid holidays.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional work experience in Claims, Insurance, QA, Testing, or a high-production environment

Preferred Qualifications
RxClaim experience
Pharmacy Benefit Management experience and Health Care experience

Education
High school/GED required
