Nammo Composite Solutions, owned by Nammo Talley, Inc. is an engineering and composite manufacturing company with more than 20 years of operation. Our facility is located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified professional individual to fill the role of Compliance Administrator. The chosen candidate will report to the Compliance Officer, assisting in various aspects of quality compliance for AS9100D, NADCAP and internal quality systems, while being an interface with quality organizations, both external and internal. The candidate will also hold responsibilities in the calibration systems at Nammo


Primary Responsibilities:

* Assist in control and maintenance of quality compliance to AS9100, NADCAP and internal quality systems.

* Prepare for and assist in audit activities

* Generate metrics, trends, action plans, preventive action plans. Set goals and align metrics to business strategies. Collect, review, communicate and report quality performance data.

* Assist in management and coordination of internal audits

* Maintain tracking of CARS

* Conduct/manage calibration procedures and tracking

* Other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications (Education/Skills/Experience):

* 5+ years of experience within a Quality Assurance/Engineering Organization preferred

* Strong knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, NADCAP)a major preference

* Ability to work independently in complex environments.

* Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid accurate conclusions.

* Highly organized candidate required

* Must be able to balance multiple high priority items at one time

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Visio.

* The role requires excellent interaction and communication skills with the ability to work closely with both internal and external customers including government agencies such as DCMA and QAR.
